Community Marquee Application Form

Thank you for your interest in being part of our Community Marquee at Worcester Show. The Community Marquee offers free space to small, not-for-profit, low-income or volunteer-led groups who bring positive community value and might not otherwise be able to attend the event. All we ask in return is that you stay for the whole day and provide something engaging, the more interactive the better! As part of the Community Marquee, we are planning a Community World Café, starting at 12:30pm and running until the food is gone. Community groups are invited (but not required) to contribute a small amount of food to share with the public free of charge. There is a small budget available to cover the cost of ingredients if required. Please note: Space is limited and completing this form does not guarantee a place. All applications will be reviewed based on community value, fit with the event, and available space.

Community World Cafe - As part of the Community Marquee, we are planning a Community World Café, starting at 12:30pm and running until the food is gone. Community groups are invited (but not required) to contribute a small amount of food to share with the public free of charge. There is a shared budget of £500 to help cover ingredient costs across all participating groups There are no facilities for heating food in the marquee Food must be served cold or brought on site hot and kept warm safely by your group Further details and guidance will be provided to groups selected to take part
