Market Stall Hire
These are 3 metre by 2 metre pre-erected stalls which have a cover and back and come supplied with a 3 metre by 1.5 metre display trestle. Stalls are arranged in pairs and form a ‘market street’. Note these stalls do not come supplied with a chair so you may wish to bring your own. You will be able to drive a vehicle to the stall to unload but the vehicle will then need to be parked in the designated traders’ parking area on the site.

Bring your own gazebo pitch
These are pitches where you bring your own gazebo, display table, chairs etc. The site can cater for different size gazebos, just specify the size on your application. You will be able to drive a vehicle to your pitch to unload but the vehicle will then need to be parked in the designated traders’ parking area on the site. There is a reduced cost per metre for Charities, please supply your charity number on your application.
Caterers – sustainable, locally sourced, crafted
You will need to specify the pitch size needed for your catering unit. Any vehicle not part of the catering unit will need to be parked in the trader’s parking area during the Show. You will also need to supply copies of your PLI, risk assessment, food hygiene certificate etc.
Entertainers
Please specify the area you will need for your unit. You will also need to supply copies of your PLI, risk assessment etc. Any vehicle not part of the entertainment will need to be parked in the trader’s parking area during the Show.
