The Worcester Show is committed to reducing the environmental impact of our event.

This year’s Show features an Eco-Zone where local charities and community groups will be showcasing the work they are doing across Worcester and sharing advice on how to live more sustainably.

We also have free water refill stations and a recycling station at the Worcester Show site. Promoting people walking, cycling, wheeling or catching the bus to the Show is another way to reduce our environmental impact.

Sustainable travel partner – First Bus

People in different costumes on a bus

To help reduce the Show’s carbon footprint, we have teamed up with First Bus and to provide alternative travel options on the big day.

First Bus is one of the Show’s sponsors and will be providing bus services across Worcester throughout the day.

Routes will terminate at Worcester Bus Station – just a short walk from Pitchcroft.

Visit their Worcester Show site for full travel information and plan your journey.

Nature trail

We are teaming up with Worcestershire Wildlife Trust to bring you a fun and family-friendly nature trail around the Show.

As you explore the event, keep an eye out for animal clues hidden across the site. Each stop will feature a different animal found in and around Worcester, along with a fun fact and a clue to where you might spot them in real life. Match each animal to its local habitat — and you could be in with a chance to win a prize!

Walk, wheel or cycle to Worcester Show

We are encouraging visitors to walk, wheel, or cycle to the event where possible. There’s a cycle parking area near the front entrance and a temporary Beryl bike bay located right by the main gate for easy drop-off and collection.

Be sure to visit the Active Travel stand, where you can chat with local groups including Bike Worcester and the Ramblers — and pick up tips and inspiration for getting around the city on foot or by bike.
