Step-free access
Pitchcroft offers step-free access across the main visitor areas, however due to the event being outdoors there maybe un-even surfaces. Visitors requiring additional assistance are encouraged to speak to event stewards on arrival.
Accessible parking spaces
Accessible parking is available close to the main event entrance for Blue Badge holders, subject to availability. Dedicated accessible parking areas are designed to minimise the distance between parking and the event site. However there will still be a short walk to the entrance, please note the show foot print is extremely large.
Distance from public transport
Pitchcroft is within walking distance of Worcester City Centre and Worcester Foregate Street railway station, providing convenient access for visitors travelling by public transport.
Accessible toilets and Changing Places facilities
Accessible toilet facilities are available on site. We do not have changing places available, the nearest changing places facility is

Communication Support
We are committed to making our Worcester Show at Pitchcroft as accessible and inclusive as possible. Visitors who require communication support are encouraged to contact the event team in advance so that appropriate arrangements can be explored.
British Sign Language (BSL) interpreters – BSL interpretation can be arranged for key presentations or activities where requested in advance.
Large print materials – Essential visitor information can be provided in large print format on request.

Assistance
Personal assistants/carers admission policy
We welcome visitors who require support from a personal assistant or carer. Where a visitor needs assistance to attend and enjoy the event safely, we will work to ensure reasonable arrangements are in place. Visitors are encouraged to contact the event organisers in advance to discuss any specific requirements and admission arrangements.
Assistance dog facilities
Registered assistance dogs are welcome throughout the event site. Water bowls can be provided on request, and event staff will be happy to direct visitors to suitable exercise and relief areas where available. Assistance dogs should remain under the control of their handler at all times.

Accessible public transport options
Pitchcroft is located within walking distance of Worcester city centre and is accessible by local bus services. The nearest railway station is Worcester Foregate Street, which is approximately a 15–20 minute walk from the venue and offers step-free access on many services. Visitors are advised to check accessibility arrangements with their transport provider before travelling.
Blue Badge parking arrangements
Dedicated accessible parking spaces are available for Blue Badge holders close to the main event entrance, subject to availability. On event days, stewards will direct eligible visitors to the designated accessible parking area to minimise the distance to the venue.
Drop-off and pick-up points
A designated drop-off and pick-up area will be available near the main entrance to enable visitors with mobility requirements to access the event safely and conveniently. Event stewards will be available to provide guidance and assistance if required.
Accessible routes into the venue
The main entrance to Pitchcroft is fully accessible and can be reached via step-free routes from the accessible parking areas. Visitors should be aware that some outdoor areas may contain occasional uneven ground typical of an outdoor event site.
